Lakes Two Day Trial turns FIFTY!
When the event first took place back in January 1976, not many people thought the event would still be going strong fifty years later, but, 2026 sees that milestone reached. To mark the occasion, the organisers will be doing something a bit special this year which will mean entries will be open a few weeks earlier than normal.
The club will keep you all updated about the key dates on social media and this website as this year’s event takes shape but, for now, there’s a request.
Has anyone got an event programme from between 1976 and 2016? If you do have one in a drawer somewhere, LMTA would love a picture of the front cover to include in the 2026 event programme. Just take a picture of it on your smartphone and email it to them at lakestwodaytrial@gmail.com
