Thursday was a tough day for the surviving riders in this year’s Scottish Six Days Trial with every rider in the trial losing marks, so that means the leader for the first three days, Adam Raga, has now lost marks. He finished with the fourth day total of two and continues to lead the trial with Jack Peace best on Thursday with a single dab for a three mark weekly total, then it’ s Billy Green on 6 then George Hemingway fourth on 12.
Brother Harry had a mare of a day losing 14 which dropped him to eighth place, four places behind his younger brother.
Concentrating on the Northern Centre riders, Cameron Brice leads the group in a fine 31 st after 4 days, Tom Swindlehurst is 42nd, Richard Gaskell 44th, Will Brockbank 68th, Steve Dixon 70th, Joe Hiley 80th Jimmy Johnson 81st, whilst all the remaining local lads continue to ride and enjoy what has been a tough day today.
