Improved access at Lindale
Parking at Lindale for Sunday’s Westmorland Club John Holmes trial has been dramatically improved following a good number of hours spent leveling out the gateway between the two fields, removing the two large rocks that have prevented the club using part of the first entrance field and piping and leveleling the stream crossing in the adjacent field, so there should now be no or very little reason for vehicles to park on the roadside. Anybode with a 4×4 will be asked to park in the second field whilst vans and cars can now make better use of the first entrance field.
Whilst this is primarily a twin-shock, pre 65 and Air-cooled mono trial, modern bikes will also be accepted to ride the 3 laps of 13 sections at this popular venue which is really quite wet at the moment. Start time is the usual 10.30 with entries taken at the start. There are two courses aimed at the twin-shock level, with a normal clubman course and a much easier course as well.
Do join this final trial of Westmorland’s year on what is scheduled to be a mild and bright, dry day.
