Poor turn out at Bootle
A disappointing entry of just 15 riders attended the recent Bootle trial at Fell Green which could throw into doubt the whole future of trials by the Bootle Club that has not been well supported for some events.
Despite the low entry, those who rode reported that it was successful trial won over the hard course by Darren Brice on 21 marks and over the clubman course by Martin Jackson on 10.
