Gatebeck for Westmorland’s 3rd evening round
The third and final round of the Westmorland Club’s series of evening trials takes place on Wednesday, August 14 at High Bracken Fold, Gatebeck where, thanks to the offer of extra land for the trial, a full lap of ten sections has now been plotted.
With a decent forecast, this venue will provide a good evening of trials riding over four laps of the course which features two routes, a very easy course for youngsters and those trying out the sport or returning to it after an absence of some years, and a normal clubman route that will not be too arduous.
Entries are taken at the start with a reduced entry fee for youth riders. Start time is 6.30pm and the venue will be flagged from the turning at Preston Patrick hall off the Crooklands to Kendal road.
