Mungrisdale message to all concerned

This Sunday’s Bassenthwaite Club’s  Stanley Tallontire memorial trial which will be held near Mungrisdale,  is on a sensitive area of land which the club have been fortunate to have the use of many years, however some unwarranted complaints have been made in the past,  so to ensure the club  will  be able to use it in future please observe the following.

Parking must be completely off the road and there is to be no practicing around the start area at all.

In addition DO NOT ride along the road, but follow the flagged route at all times and avoid making any unnecessary mess.

If you meet any other people out on the course please slow down and be polite, this a popular area for walkers and cyclists etc.
