Sedbergh’s second at Silverdale starter

Sedbergh MC used a new to the sport area of land at Silverdale for their second evening trial of the year at the end of June which attracted a small but quality gathering of riders to try out this new piece of land situated alongside the coastal railway.

Sam Metcalfe went round without loss, mastering the limestone rock outcrop  of which riders in the Northern Centre are always familiar, whilst Ross Bainbridge lost one and Oran Speakman took three for the evening whilst in the select pre 65 class of two top riders, friends and battling partners Carl Batty on 6 finished 5 ahead of John Gornall.

Four riders riders tackled an easier course with George Dixon the best in class D.
