Two evenings filled now.

The evening trials kick off this week with the Bassenthwaite Club’s Charity Trial at Glenridding on June 12 with a 6pm signing on time for a enjoyable ride at this popular mountainside venue, then a week later, Westmorland Club have the first of their evening trials at a new venue for this type of trial at Lamb Howe in the Lythe Valley flagged from near the Damson Dene Hotel with a 6.30 start.

Westmorland have a club championship running this year with some prizes at the end for those who score enough points over the Sunday and evening series. The Wednesday evening date for Westmorland is June 19 and there will be a very sensible clubman course and a much easier beginners route so all grades of rider are very welcome. Entries will be taken at the start and as is always the case, observers and spectators will be made very welcome and it may well be a good idea at this time of year for some midge repellant.

Do support the club for not only this event but also the Barbon Hill climb a few days later on Saturday, June 22.
