two trials that need support please
There are two forthcoming events which urgently need your support.
The first is the Barrow Club’s Zeke Myers Trial on Torver Common, a venue that is used just once per year and is excellent with a great selection of sections that will be plotted by the Myers guys, Chris and Mike and Sam and David which is on August 7.
This is a a round of the Northern Centre Championship that restarts this year’s series, but is definitely not that difficult for Clubman riders. Entries via the ACU system please as taking entries on the day is a bit difficult as secretary Angus is away for this trial.
Next event in need of support is the Sedbergh Club’s Normandale Championship round a week later on August 14 at Ghyll Farm, Bowston and the main organiser Carl Batty is in need of 20 observers so if you can assist, then phone Carl please on 07527 346246. The Normandale series is an ACU national championship for riders over the age of 40 on modern bikes plus a twinshock and an air-cooled monoshock class.
