A venue change and the First of two socials by Westmorland
Apologies for this latest venue change, but Westmorland MC have had to change the venue of their trial scheduled for October 22 as the parking at Staveley Head is considered too wet, so the club will make a return to their own land at Lindale, with a 10.30 start of this clubman/easy clubman trial which will be over 4 laps of 10 sections.
This is now the final competition from Westmorland for the year, but it is NOT their final promotion.
The club have two social functions planned, the first being the Netherfield Gathering on Friday, November 24 where ANYBODY who has a connection with the Westmorland Club this year is welcome to attend for a pie supper and social chat at the Netherfield cricket clubhouse. So if you have marshalled, observed or assisted the club in any way this year, you are very welcome. There is no charge and your first two drinks are on the house, courtesy of the club. This function was previously held before the pandemic and it’s good to get the gathering going again.So that the numbers can be judged, email admin@wmcevents.co.uk with a message to say you will be attending.
